This policy covers purchases of Pockytap Pro made on the web. It is part of our Terms of use.

14-day money-back guarantee

• If you are not happy with Pockytap Pro, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you get your money back in full, no questions asked.
• The refund goes back to the payment method you used. It usually shows on your statement within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
• After a refund, Pro is removed from your account. Your data stays, and the app goes back to the free plan.

How to ask for a refund

• Write to dervos@iolabs.gr from the email address of your Pockytap account, or
• use the link in the receipt you received from Paddle, or contact Paddle at paddle.net.

Who processes the payment

Web orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for these purchases. Paddle handles the payment, the taxes and the invoice, and issues the refund.

Purchases in the iOS and Android apps

Purchases made inside the apps are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds for those are requested from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play, under their policies.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, including the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU. Nothing here limits them.
